With the Vanguard Modular Granite System, here is what to expect:

The longest countertop length without a seam is 8’ w. The location of a seam(s)  will be determined during the templating process.

All joint seam widths will be as tight to the industry standard of 1/16” as possible.

“L” and “U” shaped countertop installations will require a Euro/French miter in the corner transitions as shown in the picture on the right.

Countertop overhangs 11" or greater will require the use of support brackets.

Crafted by Mother Nature, granite surfaces can have naturally occurring imperfections such as variations in color, fissures, pores, and pits. The species we have chosen are more uniform in color and pattern and have a lower degree of variation. Therefore, we encourage you to stop by our facility to view our available inventory and hand-select the modular pieces to be used in your countertop project.

Sink Options
Vanguard is a local Karran and ANO dealer and installer of undermount sinks for granite; available in stainless steel, quartz, and acrylic. Contact customer service for available sink options. If you are providing your own sink and would like Vanguard to install it; we require the actual sink to be on-site along with the manufacturer’s DXF file at the time of templating.

Faucet Options
Vanguard will machine the required faucet openings for our Modular Countertop Granite System. As an incentive, we offer a line of ANO stainless steel faucets to be purchased as a package with the purchase of an ANO stainless steel sink. Contact customer service for available faucet options. If you are providing your own faucet; we require the actual faucet to be on-site along with the manufacturer’s DXF template at the time of templating.

Note: All removal of existing and installation of new plumbing will be the responsibility of the owner.

Laser Templating
Vanguard utilizes state-of-the-art laser technology to properly measure your countertop space. This will ensure your cabinets and appliances will fit properly together with the countertop installation. Laser templating allows for the highest level of accuracy during installation.
